VIP Membership Billing Policies

All dogs enrolled at Dog Gone Happy are on a VIP Membership Billing cycle. Cards on file will be charged once a month on the billing day. Billing day is the last Sunday of each month and priced at $40/day.

 

Cards will be billed for the upcoming month's reserved days. The number of visits billed will be determined by how many days you are enrolled in and how many of each of those days occur in that given month. If you need to reschedule you may do so with 24 hours notice and the credit can be used within the same month. 

Pre-paid credits expire at the end of the month. 

EX: If your dog is enrolled in Monday's and Thursday's daycare days you will be charged for every Monday and Thursday taking place within that calendar month. If your dog needs to reschedule within the month because they need to miss a week in the middle of the month, they can 'add in' to additional days to make up for the credits. If those credits are not rescheduled within the month they will expire on the last day of the month. 

 

If closure is scheduled, that day will not be charged.   

Cancelation of VIP (Very Important Pupper) Membership, must happen no less than 7 days before the billing day.

No refunds, no exceptions.

*You cannot 'skip' months of VIP (for example for long vacations). If you wish to withdrawal your dog for a month or more at a time and do not continue to pay to hold their spot, your dog will be unenrolled until your return. We cannot guarantee your dog's regularly scheduled days on their return. If your dog is un-enrolled for more than 6 months you will have to go through the screening process again.

The VIP Membership is the only way to ensure a steady and reliable regular income so we can continue to pay our staff above the industry standard to reflect the high level training they all have.
